Which payment methods are accepted at the hotel?
You can pay in cash in euros and all common debit and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, China UnionPay and JCB.

What sustainable or regional values does Graben Hotel follow?
The hotel places great importance on regional and organic products, especially at breakfast.
Bed linen and towels are supplied by the company Salesianer. Their organic Fairtrade cotton is grown by small farmers on ecologically cultivated fields, free from genetically modified seeds and without the use of harmful pesticides.

Yes, toothbrushes, disposable razors, shoehorns, and sewing kits are available at the reception.
Are bathrobes available at the hotel?
As we do not have a pool or spa area, bathrobes are not automatically provided in the room. Upon request and subject to availability, we can provide a bathrobe.

Yes, slippers are available in all rooms.

The breakfast buffet costs €26 per person per day. Breakfast is included in some rates.
Can friends or family who are not staying at the hotel also have breakfast at the hotel?
Yes, it is possible depending on hotel occupancy, please ask at the reception.
What does breakfast include and how is it offered?
The hotel offers a breakfast buffet with cold and hot dishes, regional and organic products, as well as coffee, tea and juices.
Are gluten-free baked goods, lactose-free or vegan milk products available?
Gluten-free baked goods are available upon request from the service staff.
Lactose-free milk and a milk alternative (soy or oat) is available. For additional vegan products, please contact the hotel in advance.
Does Trattoria Santo Stefano also offer vegetarian dishes?
There are several vegetarian dishes on the menu and we also offer vegetarian alternatives for breakfast.
Is it possible to heat up my own food at the hotel?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to heat up brought-in food, with the exception of baby food.
